To send a gift straight to someone, enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout. The order confirmation and tracking emails go to the email address you use at checkout.
If you order more than one piece, they may arrive in separate parcels, with a tracking email for each parcel.

Gold tone or silver tone: which should I choose?
Look at the jewellery she already wears most, or the colour of her watch or glasses, and choose the same finish. If she wears both, either finish works. Gold tone and silver tone describe the colour of the finish, not the metal.
What is the last order date for Christmas?
Our recommended last order date for UK delivery before Christmas is Thursday 3 December 2026, 23:59 UK time.
You can still order after Thursday 3 December, but orders placed after that date may arrive after Christmas. Delivery takes 7 to 12 working days from your order. Read more on our Christmas Delivery page.
Can a gift be returned?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery.
Christmas returns: orders placed from 1 November to 24 December 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027, or within 30 days of delivery if that is later.
Email us with your order number, the reason for your return and photos if relevant. Our customer service will send you the return address and instructions. The refund goes to the original payment method of the person who placed the order.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unworn, with all earring backs included and any seal intact. This does not apply to faulty items and does not affect your statutory rights.
