How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1 to 2 working days, orders are processed Monday to Friday. Transit time: 6 to 10 working days, delivery Monday to Friday. Total: 7 to 12 working days from your order. Orders placed after 14:00 UK time, or at the weekend, are processed from the next working day. £3.95 for UK orders under £30. Free UK delivery on orders of £30 or more. Tracked. Please allow for this when you order for a birthday.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't offer gift wrapping or gift messages at the moment.
Can a birthday gift be returned?
You can return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unworn, with all earring backs included and any seal intact. This does not apply to faulty items and does not affect your statutory rights. Email us with your order number, the reason for your return and photos if relevant. Our customer service will send you the return address and instructions.
