1. About us
This website is operated by TTJ Productions, trading as TT Networks, under the store name Pearl and Post Atelier. Our company details are shown at the bottom of this page. By visiting our website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Our products
We sell costume jewellery. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Finishes described as gold tone or silver tone are colour finishes.
3. Orders
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is not available or a price is shown incorrectly. If we do, you will not be charged, or you will be refunded.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP). The total you pay, including delivery costs, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout.
5. Delivery

6. Returns and refunds
Our Returns and Refunds policy explains how to return an item and when you receive your refund.
7. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
9. Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our failing to use reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility where the law does not allow it, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK.
