Our Materials

Everything we make is meant to be worn, not saved for a special occasion. That starts with what it is made of.

A stainless steel core

Our gold pieces are built on solid stainless steel. Steel does not rust, does not bend out of shape at the bottom of a bag, and holds its finish far better than the light brass used in most fashion jewellery.

18k gold plating

On top of that core we use an 18k gold plating applied through vacuum coating. It bonds to the steel rather than sitting loosely on the surface, which is why the colour lasts through daily wear instead of wearing thin at the edges after a few weeks.

Sterling silver

Our silver pieces are solid 925 sterling silver, finished with a high polish. Silver naturally softens in tone over time. A minute with a polishing cloth brings it straight back.

Stones

Where a design calls for sparkle we use precision cut zircon, chosen for clarity and set by hand so the stone sits flush and does not catch on knitwear.

Kind to sensitive skin

No nickel, no lead. If earrings usually leave your ears sore, our studs and hoops are made for you.

Water and everyday wear

Our pieces are made to stay on. Showering, washing up, the gym, the sea. You do not need to take them off and put them back on again every day.
