Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. All orders are sent tracked.
Delivery costs
- Orders of £30 or more: free tracked delivery.
- Orders under £30: delivery costs £3.95.
Delivery times
Processing time: 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Transit time: 6 to 10 business days. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday.
Total delivery time: 7 to 12 business days from the moment you place your order.
Several items in one order
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels. You will receive a tracking email for each parcel.
Tracking
Once your order has been sent you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also read more on our Track Your Order page.
Wrong address
If you have entered a wrong address, please email us as soon as possible. Once your order has been sent, the address can no longer be changed.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@pearlandpostatelier.co.uk
Our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 (Amsterdam time). Our customer service replies within 24 to 48 hours on working days.
