How are these pieces chosen?
We choose them ourselves, as an easy place to start. It is our own selection, not based on order numbers.
What is the difference between gold tone and silver tone?
Gold tone and silver tone describe the colour of the finish on our costume jewellery. Gold tone is warm and yellow, silver tone is cool and bright. Where a design comes in both, you can choose under Finish on the product page. Colours may look slightly different on screen.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1 to 2 working days, orders are processed Monday to Friday. Transit time: 6 to 10 working days, delivery Monday to Friday. Total: 7 to 12 working days from your order. Orders placed after 14:00 UK time, or at the weekend, are processed from the next working day. £3.95 for UK orders under £30. Free UK delivery on orders of £30 or more. Tracked.
Can I return an item?
You can return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unworn, with all earring backs included and any seal intact. This does not apply to faulty items and does not affect your statutory rights. Email us with your order number, the reason for your return and photos if relevant. Our customer service will send you the return address and instructions.
