Ordering jewellery as a Christmas gift? This page explains our recommended last order date, delivery over the holidays and what happens if a gift needs to go back.

Last order date for Christmas

Our recommended last order date for UK delivery before Christmas is Thursday 3 December 2026, 23:59 UK time.

Delivery takes 7 to 12 working days from your order. An order placed on Thursday 3 December before 14:00 UK time has an estimated delivery date between Monday 14 December and Monday 21 December. After 14:00 UK time, the estimate is Tuesday 15 December to Tuesday 22 December. Our last order date leaves 2 extra working days for the busy weeks before Christmas.

Delivery times and costs

• Processing time: 1 to 2 working days, orders are processed Monday to Friday.
• Transit time: 6 to 10 working days, delivery Monday to Friday.
• Total: 7 to 12 working days from your order.
• Orders placed after 14:00 UK time, or at the weekend, are processed from the next working day.

£3.95 for UK orders under £30. Free UK delivery on orders of £30 or more. Tracked.

Bank holidays

There is no delivery on these UK bank holidays: Friday 25 December 2026, Monday 28 December 2026 and Friday 1 January 2027. Bank holidays do not count as working days. Our delivery estimates also skip the other UK bank holidays, such as Monday 30 November 2026 and Monday 4 January 2027 in Scotland.

Ordering after 3 December

You can still order after Thursday 3 December, but orders placed after that date may arrive after Christmas. Delivery takes 7 to 12 working days from your order.

Christmas returns

Christmas returns: orders placed from 1 November to 24 December 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027, or within 30 days of delivery if that is later.

Email us with your order number, the reason for your return and photos if relevant. Our customer service will send you the return address and instructions. The refund goes to the original payment method of the person who placed the order.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unworn, with all earring backs included and any seal intact. This does not apply to faulty items and does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order arrives after Christmas

If you placed your order by Thursday 3 December and it arrives after Christmas, please email us with your order number. We will offer you a full refund, including the delivery cost you paid.
